Oleg Shalumov
Managing Member
Oleg has been working in the IT field for more than 22 years including managing various Trading Floor positions for companies such as IBM Global Services, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, BNP Paribas, and Credit Suisse.
Oleg got his Real Estate Agent license in the state of New York, and shortly after he shifted his focus on Multifamily investing. His investment company ONM Properties LLC currently owns apartment buildings in AL, GA, PA and TN.
In his free time Oleg enjoys playing chess and has earned the title of National Master. He is also a 3 times Pan-American Intercollegiate Chess Champion.
Thomas Nellin
Acquisition Manager
Thomas is an Acquisition Manager for OnM Properties LLC, bringing a new approach to seeking out, negotiating, and organizing the purchase of deals for investors. Thomas is passionate about using multifamily real estate investment to provide tenants with affordable, quality housing and bring investors passive income opportunities. He is also a successful stock trader with over 3 years of experience strategizing and implementing trading strategies to generate returns.
